The Jefferson Galatyn Park community boasts 379 apartment homes for rent ranging from 600 to 1,450 square feet.Residents can choose between one-, two- and three- bedroom homes as well as loft-style homes, with top-of-the-line features including custom quartz countertops, 10-foot ceilings, and full-size washers and dryers. Select apartment homes also include private yards with easy access to public sidewalks and the DART red and orange rail lines. The creative architectural design invites residents to gather in the community’s public spaces. Amenities include four courtyards, a community rooftop terrace, beer garden, dog park, luxury pool, structured parking and a large two-story clubhouse. The design team included JHP Architecture, with civil engineering and landscape design by Kimley-Horn and interior design by SJL Design Group (SJL). Opening is set for summer of 2017. Jefferson on Lake Carolyn: The contemporary Jefferson on Lake Carolyn community is located in Las Colinas at the intersection of Lake Carolyn Parkway and California Crossing Road, inside the Las Colinas Urban Center. Residents have easy access to local entertainment with the Irving Music Factory and Water Street and are within walking distance to the orange DART line Las Colinas Urban Station, which now connects to the DFW International Airport. There will be 422 apartment homes available for rent.Residents can choose between one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 600 to 1,500 square feet with leading-edge amenities including quartz countertops, 10-foot ceilings and full-size washers and dryers. With contemporary architecture and plentiful amenities including structured parking, a luxury pool, large clubhouse and lushly landscaped courtyards, the residents’ experience is enhanced by promoting a strong sense of community.
