The cost estimating desktop software program, the GLOBAL IP ESTIMATOR, now also supports the Hague Agreement for Registration of Industrial Designs and its robust global IP database covers its fees and calculations for design patents.
The Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs offers a practical business solution for registering up to 100 designs in more than 64 territories through filing one single international application.
On choosing The Hague Agreement as one of the application destination for Designs, the users will be prompted to select the countries where they want their designs to be protected. Moreover, the fees generated by the GLOBAL IP ESTIMATOR will reflect the current charges released by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
This update also has an additional In-house Charges item for the ‘Additional Service Charge for Hague Agreement’. The users can review and change the number entered to reflect their own charges for this service.
The GLOBAL IP ESTIMATOR generates immediate worldwide cost estimates for patent, trademark and design applications. Well appreciated by Intellectual Property practitioners, it is a unique program that offers a simple, effective, economical way to generate cost estimates for patent, trademark and design applications all over the world.
