Internal Audit Consulting Leader Adding to Chicago Sales Team

CHICAGO - Jan. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Vonya Global, a leading provider of internal audit and risk assurance consulting services is hiring a Sales and Business Development Representative to join an energetic team dedicated to client service and delivery.  The person in this role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, attracting new client relationships, and building upon the firm’s reputation of quality and integrity.

Vonya Global is a growing consulting firm capatilizing on new opportunities in the market.  The company is looking for a confident, successful, and enegetic sales professional to join the team.  The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 8 years of Business Development and Sales Service Experience

- Audit or Accounting experience a huge plus

- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) - candidates without at least a Bachelor's degree will not be considered

- Demonstrated examples of success

- The ability to set appointments and win business

- Excellent presentation skills

- The ability to write intelligently

- The ability to work autonomously

- The ability to adapt to change

This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Chicago.  Compensation will be a combination of a competitive salary and a quarterly bonus based on sales.  Target compensation at plan is $160,000.  Equity in the company will be available upon reaching specific goals.

While this position will be responsible for growth, candidates for this position must believe that integrity is more important than commission, reputation is more important than sales, and client retention is more important than client acquisition.
