Archbishop Stepinac HS to Host Rival Iona Prep for Basketball Tripleheader, Friday January 8

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Jan. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- ).  The historic rivalry between the varsity basketball teams of Archbishop Stepinac High School Crusaders and the Iona Prep Gaels will reach a new high on Friday, January 8 when Stepinac hosts Iona in a basketball tripleheader.

The excitement gets underway at 4 PM when the freshmen teams square off, followed by a junior varsity game at 5:45 PM. But, the real fever-pitched moment for fans from both schools begins 7:30 PM when the Crusaders and Gaels compete on the Stepinac court. The varsity match-up will be aired Live by MSG Varsity.

In anticipation of a sell-out, the main offices at Stepinac and Iona will begin pre-selling a fixed amount of tickets starting, Tuesday; $5 for adults and $2 for students with a school ID and children under 12. Tickets will be available at Stepinac at 950 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY from 9 AM to 2 PM Tuesday, January 5^th through Friday, January 8^th or until the allotted number of tickets are sold-out.

Each ticket is for all three games. However, fans are advised that there will be no re-entry if they leave the building during the tripleheader and that the “no ticket, no entrance” policy will be strictly enforced.
