Hampton Roads Native Joins Biggest Names in Music at NOW105’s “Not So Silent Night” Concert

NORFOLK, Va. - Dec. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Pop artist and iHeartMedia radio personality Tyler Layne (http://www.tylerlayneonline.com/) will join some of the biggest names in music on stage during NOW105’s third-annual “Not So Silent Night” holiday concert held at the Ted Constant Convocation Center on Tuesday, December 15 starting at 6:00 p.m.

Layne, a radio personality at NOW 105 FM in Norfolk, will perform alongside a star-studded line-up that includes recording artists Flo Rida, Pentatonix, Echosmith, The Vamps, Nathan Sykes, Kaya Stewart, among others. His performance begins at 6:00 p.m. and Layne will be a part of the fan meet-and-greet event.

The former Radio Disney star joined NOW 105 this spring and currently hosts the 10:00 p.m. to midnight weekday slot called “Tyler's Trending”.  At 19, he is the youngest radio personality at Norfolk’s leading media outlet and one of seven radio hosts at the station.

The talented singer/songwriter and musician from Hampton Roads was discovered by Radio Disney executives at the age of 10 and became a member of musical group “RD7”. As a leading member, he opened for top artists such as Raven Symone, The Cheetah Girls, The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, among others. Layne has also toured the country as a solo artist. More recently, he opened for Jack & Jack, MTKO, Cody Simpson, Lindsey Stirling, BeBe Rhexa, and others.

Layne was recently signed by BelMar Entertainment in New York. His music has been played on radio stations around the country.
