NAIROBI, Kenya - Nov. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- As HOTEL & LODGE CONSULTANTS AND ASSOCIATES continues to contribute to the creation or renovation of some of the finest Hospitalities in the African Region here’s a recap of the recent and ongoing projects our partners are currently engaged in.

Hilton Garden Inn a 170-room Greenfield project adjacent to Nairobi International Airport (JKIA).  Visa Hotels Kenya Limited prepared the market, technical and financial feasibility projections and Barker & Barton are both, the Quantity Surveyors and the Project Managers. The structure is up, the Opening is planned for mid-2016.

Tamarind Tree Suites at Rosslyn Park, Nairobi. An all-suites, 4-star condominium of 85 suites, in the prime residential estate of Rosslyn, 5 minutes close to the UNEP global headquarters. Developed and managed by the prestigious regional Tamarind Group. VHKL produced feasibility study and identified concept and Tamarind Tree brand. To open in November 2016.

DMJ Architects, partnering on our Website HOTEL & LODGE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS, have landed a significant contract of designing three mid-sized mid-range hotels in Nairobi and Naivasha.  Congratulations! The family-owned business and owners of Nairobi’s leading Kempinski Villa Rosa, have lined up investments in two four-star hotels under the name of Acacia Premier in Nairobi and Kisumu (the latter has recently opened) targeting mid-range entrepreneurs and local holidaymakers in search of affordable accommodation, at KShs 11’000 per night. A similar number of two-star hotels dubbed “Acacia Express” and priced at about Shs 5’500 per night will seek to capture the lower middle market across Kenya.

The Renovation of Dining and Lounge facilities at Muthaiga Country Club was splendidly completed by partners DMJ Architects and Per Geheb Interior Designers, Nairobi – last month.
