DETROIT - Oct. 30, 2015 - PRLog -- The Michigan Small Business Development Center (MI-SBDC), the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan (MTAM), Logic Solutions and Automation Alley are partnering to host a "How to Build a Successful Mobile App" Bootcamp on Thursday, December 3rd. Designed to help non-technical entrepreneurs in any industry who want to take advantage of the functions and features of mobile technologies and the flexibility they provide, the event will take place from 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Automation Alley in Troy, MI.

Speakers for the event will include:

 •   Keith Brophy, the Michigan State Director for the SBDC
 •   Linda Daichendt, CEO/Executive Director for the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan
 •   Al Carpinelli, Business Development Manager for Logic Solutions
 •   Angela Kujava, Director of Innovation for Logic Solutions
 •   Matt Sarkesian, Chief Technology Officer for Logic Solutions

The workshop will focus on developer basics (understanding app developers and how to work with them to get what you want), creating a value proposition, defining app functionalities, setting priorities, and learning to wire-frame your concept.

"The use of mobile/wireless technologies are fast becoming a critical element in the growth and productivity of companies in every industry. Often we find that there are entrepreneurs with exciting ideas of ways they can use these technologies to facilitate the growth of their firm, or to serve their customers more effectively, but they don't know where to access the mobile technology expertise they need to make it happen, or how to get what they need from mobile technology experts when they find them. Our goal with this bootcamp is to make using mobile technologies a much easier process for entrepreneurs. If we can help them take advantage of the technologies, they can help our state's economy grow that much faster!", states MTAM CEO/Executive Director, Linda Daichendt.

The $50 registration fee includes all required materials, continental breakfast, and a snack. Registration is limited to 40 people and will close on November 26th. You can register at https://www.messageblocks.com/how-to-build-a-successful-m....
