Infosys Consulting to Acquire Noah Consulting

HOUSTON - Oct. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Noah Consulting will be acquired by Infosys Consulting as a business unit focused on Information Management Services for $70 million or Rs 450 crore in an all-cash transaction expected to close before the end of the third quarter of 2015-16 fiscal year. Infosys is a global leader in consulting and technology services and has one of the largest Oil and Gas practices. Noah Consulting is a leading provider of advanced information management consulting services for the oil and gas industry. This acquisition signals Infosys Consulting’s intent to become the global market leader in providing information management services to the Oil and Gas industry and to be the consulting partner of choice for customers with large or complex volumes of data.
