Oct. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Bend, Oregon – Cannabis law expert and trial lawyer, Michael R. Hughes is featured in an article in The Bulletin. He is one of the Industrial Hemp Producers who are licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture and allowed to produce hemp in the state under a provision of the 2014 Federal Farm Bill. The article features a short embedded video that anyone who is interested in hemp or cannabidiol (CBD) should watch and share with their friends. Hemp is the non-psychoactive cousin of marijuana. The plant does not induce intoxication and has many uses as food, fiber and medicine.

Mr. Hughes has been researching hemp and its production his entire life. The hemp used in this project is comprised of American cultivars that were bred by Mr. Hughes.
