CAPE TOWN, South Africa - Oct. 1, 2015 - PRLog -- If you didn’t read the previous article about ZippyZing, a quick explanation is below:

ZippyZing.com is founded by Darren, A young entrepreneur from Cape Town South Africa who has stumbled onto an idea which will set himself apart from the rest of the mobile food truckers in his area, serving up Gourmet healthy meals.

“Mobile food…with a TWIST” as he put it.

As per the previous release, Darren promised to give us more detail into what exactly his ideas were and how exactly they will help him differentiat himself and standing out from the rest. Good news, below is what he had to say.

“I want to stay away from the typical mobile food concept of going to one location, stay there the entire day and go home. What I have planned is to go all over Cape Town from events to popular spots within the day. Social media will be my driving source as well as for word of mouth, which is how everyone will know where I am and where I plan on going next.”

Another great feature he told us about running this food truck empire as he likes to call it is below.

“What I want to do is target the younger chefs who are still studying or just have graduated in order for them to get some extra earnings as well as for experience in the food serving business.”

Darren has also mentioned that after each day whatever food is left over, he will be giving that to the less fortunate, so fresh food will always be on the menu everyday he is out serving meals. He has also mentioned that in the bigger picture for this brand is that he wants to create a drive for people to join and serve food to the less fortunate around the city at least once a month.

All of this sounds very interesting and this is only the information he was willing to share with us, Darren has a few extra things he wants to implement but isn’t willing to give to much details regarding that at this moment.
