FORT WORTH, Texas - Sept. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Results of a case study in progress show men on Personal Trainer Food’s new RECON meal plan lost an average of 20.34 pounds in four weeks, including 4 inches from their belly. The group of 10 men also lost an average of 8.34% body fat.

“Men generally have more muscle mass than women,” Personal Trainer Food sports nutritionist and personal trainer Shane Allen said. “More protein should be consumed to help maintain that lean muscle as you shed fat. We’ve added an extra serving of meat per day to our RECON meal plan to help guys add as much as 33 grams of protein to their diet each day.”

A review of nutrition data shows RECON provides more protein per day than typical meals from Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig diet plans combined.

RECON adds to an already successful line of Personal Trainer Food meal plans for weight loss and convenience. RECON is also the first Personal Trainer Food program to incorporate a workout routine.

Allen said, “Food is 90% of the battle when you’re trying to lose weight. Secondary to that is exercise.

“Despite these facts, our research showed many men on our traditional meal plans wanted guidance on how they should work out while losing weight. So we created a simple workout plan to accompany RECON that can be done at home, at the gym or on the road.”

Personal Trainer Food meal plans have helped hundreds of thousands of Americans reduce starchy carbs and sugars from their diet while focusing on eating meats, vegetables, eggs, cheeses and nuts. The company delivers for free all the fresh cooked, flash frozen food the customer needs to lose weight. There are over 900 different meal combinations, which helps eliminate boredom.

Personal Trainer Food produced a web miniseries following the test group of ten men, ages 31-52, as the company gathered data to prove the efficacy of the new program. The men have one more month on RECON (http://www.PersonalTrainerFood.com/RECON) before a complete white paper case study is compiled and released.
