Pandamoon Publishing Signs Penni Jones

AUSTIN, Texas - Sept. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Austin, TX - 9/3/15 – Pandamoon Publishing is pleased to announce that Ann Arbor, MI author Penni Jones has signed with Pandamoon Publishing as a writer of Southern Grit Lit fiction books. "In her upcoming novel, On the Bricks, Penni draws upon her Arkansas roots to craft a gritty mystery story portraying the raw side of life. Penni’s main character is released from prison where she was wrongly incarcerated for murdering her boyfriend’s ex-wife into the care of her meth head sister running a halfway house for women. Jones’ personal and professional background includes writing since she could hold a pencil, and she has the finger bump to prove it. She was born and raised in Arkansas. She currently calls Michigan home, except in the winter, when she calls it a pit-stop. Penni lives with her husband, two kids, and two cats.

Her experience outside of writing includes accounting, bartending, restaurant management, and event planning. She finally admitted to herself that writing has always been her first love and true calling upon which she now focuses. She writes fiction set in the dirty underbelly of the Deep South.
