The Naples Players To Hold Auditions for The Foreigner

NAPLES, Fla. - Aug. 31, 2015 - PRLog -- NAPLES, FL- The Naples Players will hold auditions for the comedy, The Foreigner (http://naplesplayers.org/show2.html), beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19 at Sugden Community Theatre, 701 5^th Avenue South, Naples.

Five men are needed for this production, four age’s 20-50s and one age 16-30. Two women are also needed; one in their 20’s-40’s and one age 50s - 80s.  Southern and British accents are a plus.

The comedy opens with a pathologically shy Englishman Charlie Baker, who is on vacation in Georgiaand dreads having to converse with strangers. The solution? Pretend not to speak English. The result? Deep secrets and diabolical plans are revealed in this outrageously wacky comedy.

Rehearsals begin October 12.  Performance dates are November 25 - December 20, closed Thanksgiving Day.  Perusal scripts are available at the box office with a $20 deposit.
