Team Blacksheep, founded by Amber and Josh Andrews, is a fitness team that works with all ages and fitness levels.  The team began in Florida, and has spread into other states and countries as well.  Team Blacksheep focuses on functional, outdoor, cross training to help improve members’ health, fitness and overall self-confidence.  The training is diverse and designed for all fitness levels and can be modified to accommodate any individual.  Team members participate in road races, marathons, obstacle course races, mud runs, triathlons, rucking, GORUCK events, adventure racing, mountain biking, trail running, road biking, martial arts, surfing, parkour, gymnastics, school sports, recreational sports and much more.  The main objective is to get people active, educated on fitness, build connections and have fun getting healthier.
