By: ART-IN-RELATION This international audience hit plays two weekends at the Ernest Borgnine Theatre, August 14 - 23, 2015. The show is a lovely, comic and colorful journey through the biblical story of young Joseph, sold into slavery by his brothers after his father favored him with a gorgeous colored cloak. His gift of prophecy saves him from an uncertain fate and helps him to rescue Egypt from famine. Animated with a high-energy mix of music and dancing from 50's rock to calypso to country& Directed by Ray Buffer, this production also features the creative talents of Fernando Christopher as choreographer and assistant director, Gary Fritzen as music director, Mcleod Benson as lighting designer and technical director, Dan O'Brien as set designer, Nick Tidwell as costume designer, Dominique Johnson as stage manager, Matthew Stroud as assistant stage manager, Tim Spivey as the lead sound engineer, Sierra Green as dance captain, Joshua Martinez as running crew, and Ericka Honstley as blogger. the production is produced by Art-In-Relation founders, Jonas Sills and Ray Buffer, with Heidi Sills. As the performance begins, the audience is first introduced to a group of vibrant young dancers in the midst of one of their final rehearsals. Their choreographer and teacher (Stella Kim as the Narrator) singles out one of the students who isn't performing to his potential. After a conversation about work ethic and entitlement, the choreographer is reminded of a tale and decides to share it with her students.
