The Perfect Temperature to Serve a Scotch or Single Malt Whiskey

“Some drinkers like to chill their Scotch down to nearly the same temperature as a refrigerator. I think that this ruins the full taste of a great single malt,” Khan said. “Most experts agree that just below room temperature is ideal.

“I don’t see it as a competition,” Khan said. “At many bars around the world, one is not even given a glass when they purchase a beverage. No one gets offended by a plastic cup for a beer when they are at a beach.”
