Patent Issued For Simultaneous Dual Fuel Frac Water Heater

VERNAL, Utah - July 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Vernal, UT: Adler Hot Oil Service LLC., has been issued a patent for a Simultaneous Dual Fuel Frac Water Heater (Patent No: 9,057,517). Adler Hot Oil Service LLC has patented the technology which allows Frac Water Heaters to attach and pull from a field gas source, (Well head, Sales Line, Flare line, Separator, etc.) and use field gas to heat frac water.

“We have been able to prove up to a 64% overall cost reduction with this new technology,” said Paul Briggs (V.P. of Sales and Technology, Adler Hot Oil Service LLC) “and able to burn both fuel systems simultaneously thus being able to overcome the normal obstacles of burning field gas at low gas volume, inconsistent supply, and high liquids content. The Dual Fuel Frac Water Heater system is capable of burning anyform of natural gas (LNG, Field Gas, Y Grade, CNG, etc.) in combination with a standard propane system. This dual fuel burner design ensures that Adler HotOil Service LLC., frac heaters are able to heat frac water without any delayif the natural gas supply is disrupted. The natural gas side to the dual fuelsystem is also optimized to provide the same Btu output as the standardpropane side.
