PRLog -- The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation is proud to have access to the latest research, technology and treatment options, including clinical trials for eligible patients. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services to our patients. In our quest to be at the forefront of the latest medical cancer research, we participate in numerous clinical trials focused on various types of malignancies that may be of interest to your oncology patients. We are pleased to announce the opening of the following clinical trial which may benefit some of your patients with Multiple Myeloma
A Phase 3 Study Comparing Daratumumab, Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone (DRd) vs Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (Rd) in Subjects with Previously Untreated Multiple Myeloma who are Ineligible for High Dose Therapy.
The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of daratumumab when combined with lenalidomide and dexamethasone (DRd) to that of lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Rd), in terms of progression-
free survival (PFS) in subjects with newly diagnosed myeloma who are not candidates for high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant.
If you have patients who you feel may qualify for this trial, or have questions regarding eligibility, please contact Hilda (562) 869-1201 to schedule an evaluation.
