MAYFAIR, U.K. - July 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Last week Fine & Country held their annual International Conference in London, and the doors were opened to the Fine & Country branches from all around the world, as well as for a few other special guests. These branches stem from countries that include: Egypt, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Namibia, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, and United Arab Emirates.

The conference was as successful as ever and the talks just as interesting. The day’s events and meals were followed by the prestigious award ceremonies before the carriages whisked everyone back to their beds.

In the conference “Publishing today”- the future of advertising, James Lancaster from the Telegraph looked under the bonnet of the news floor and discussed how news content is consumed today and at what rate. He discussed the changes in peoples’ behavior towards reading the news and gave an insight into the future of print and digital advertising. He also looked into to how the different Fine & Country brands can adapt their advertising strategy to stay ahead of competitors and gain further market share.

Peter Chapman from TM Training looked into to how to deliver a first class service in his talk “Man vs. Machine”. He discussed the importance of traditional estate agency values in the modern market and looked for a solution to the question: in an industry that is quickly evolving with new technologies, how do we continue to deliver a first class service?

Then, in “Managing change” – how to adapt in a forever changing market, the motivational speaker Pete Wilkinson showed the audience how to address the challenge of making the most of yourself in a rapidly changing industry and how to remain focused on key business objectives.

The futurologist Christer Holland explored how to use technology to win market share by following the latest trends. He discussed why businesses must stay abreast of consumer technology trends in order to enhance their existing customer service, how to remain innovative and market leaders, and he looked into what the future of tech landscape will hold and how we can embrace these changes.

There were also a series of additional workshops on how to increase and improve the Fine & Country experience which include: Combating online estate agencies, Using the Member’s Hub to cultivate your territory, Using the brands USP’s to win instructions, and a workshop on using Fine & Country’s marketing and PR.
