John Cannon Homes sells “The Avianna” at The Concession for $2.3 million

SARASOTA, Fla. - July 7, 2015 - PRLog -- The Avianna, a luxury model home built by John Cannon Homes at The Concession Golf Club and Residences, has sold for $2.3 million. The 4,954-square-foot estate opened as a model in November 2014.

The three bedroom, four bathroom Avianna model was custom-built by John Cannon on 1.15-acres with preserve views in Phase II of The Concession at 8309 Lindrick Lane. The buyers, from Illinois, who purchased the home will use it as their secondary residence. By agreeing to leaseback terms, this allows Cannon, who listed and sold the home, to continue to use the model until December 2016, when The Victoria at The Concession is scheduled for completion.

The Avianna is a grand estate designed with Classical architectural detailing at the exterior features imported stone flooring, volume ceilings, custom millwork and cabinetry throughout. Other amenities include a hidden walk-in butler’s pantry just off the gourmet kitchen, study, wine cellar and formal dining room. At the rear of the home, a separate bonus room opens to an enclosed cabana complete with an indoor vented grill and bar. Anchoring the pool, spa and spacious outdoor living area is a freestanding Gazebo complete with fireplace and tented pecky cypress ceiling.
