Paella, other Spanish Savories for Dad at Arrozeria

ArroZeria, which translates to "house of rice,” is the brainchild of a culinary team headed by chef Jose Luis "Chele" Gonzalez of Gallery Vask and Vask Modern Tapas . The restaurant offers an extensive menu which not only includes different variations of Spain’s famous rice dish, the paella, but also a bevy of dishes from  assorted tapas, bocatas ( sandwiches), savory main dishes such as soups, cochinillo, bacalao and dulces (desserts).
