Museum Foundation of the Philippines To Hold Cultural Tour
Experience first hand the Niyognyugan Festival of Quezon Province
The festival is the celebration of all Quezon Municipalities for its main agricultural product which is the COCONUT, their tree of life. It will be a feast of the palate and all the senses as we taste and savor Quezon's cuisine, revel at the float parade and street dancing celebrating the coconut industry of the province! So come celebrate in thanksgiving of Mother Nature's bounty and support the coconut farmers in this one grand agri-tourism event.
The two-day tour schedule will depart from Manila on August 18 at 5:00AM at Sanctuario de San Antonio church in Makati and breakfast will be held at Sunshine Flower Farm in Tiaong, Quezon. There will be tours of the Villa Sariaya and Gala-Rodriguez ancestral homes. Then lunch at Dine Restaurant in Lucban, Quezon.
Participants will be billeted at Graceland Estates and Country Club with dinner at Sulyap Sa Pahiyas. Day Two breakfast will be at Memphis Garden Café, then participants proceed to Lucena City for the tour and shopping at the Niyogyugan Trade Fair; lunch follows at Ouan's Worth Farm and Resort. The group will then proceed to SM City Lucena to view the Niyogyugan Festival Float Parade and Street Dancing. The day will end with a dinner at Sulyap Gallery Café in San Pablo City.
