Addition of Plan Administration Manager, Client Services is in direct response to company growth and continued demand for TRA services

Keen will primarily be responsible for driving outstanding client service and performance improvement by managing the change process to achieve intended organizational and cultural outcomes.

Keen has been immersed in the retirement plan industry approximately 20 years and is considered an industry expert. He comes to TRA most recently from Inspira, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s relationship management department and was an instrumental part of the sales process as well as on-boarding new clients post sale.  Keen brings a wealth of experience in relationship management as well as in directing client service teams and will be joining TRA as a leadership team member.
