Canada Arizona Business Council Re-Elects Snell & Wilmer Tucson Attorney to Board of Directors

The CABC was formed to promote and increase bilateral trade between Canada and Arizona. It brings together senior players in every industry on both sides of the border, facilitating business arrangements at the decision maker level. These business leaders include CEOs, presidents, entrepreneurs and other professionals. Mr. Thomas has been with the CABC board or in an officer capacity since its inception, over 10 years ago. Having practiced law in Canada for the first half of his career, Mr. Thomas has extensive connections in business, the capital markets and government on both sides of the border.

Canada is the largest and fastest growing component of Phoenix International Travel, with transportation at the top of both the import and export lists between Canada and Arizona. Arizona’s recent growth has propelled it to become the fastest growing state in the United States, with a population increase of 40 percent since 1990.
