Three Days until ‘The STATIC! Wave’

May 29, 2015 - PRLog -- In three days, artist and writer, Kobina Wright, will launch a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo to help raise funds for her art exposition, STATIC!  One June 1^st, thousands are being asked to participate in what Wright has titled “The STATIC! Wave.”  It calls for participants to forward a video at noon to ten of their contacts, regardless of their time zone.  The video will be available for viewing over the weekend.

Currently, Wright and her team is still working on securing the venue for the show, however, Wright has expressed early on that the event will be held in Orange County, California.  Her 2012 exposition, “Kobiphysics: An Art Show,” was held at the Huntington Beach Central Library.

Wright is an American writer, artist, actress and language creator known for her poetry and abstract art which is constantly evolving.  She is the creator of the Hodaoa-Anibo language which she began to develop in 2003 and published “The Hodaoa-Anibo Dictionary.”  She is also known as the co-creator of nuler poetry which she helped to develop with friend and poet, Lisa Bartley Lacey.

Recently  her art was among a collection of global art works exhibited at the RR Gallery at St. Peter’s Church, Kensington Park Road, Notting Hill, in London.
