Denver Office of Snell & Wilmer Welcomes New Associate

DENVER - May 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Erik G. Nielsen has joined the Denver office as an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation group.

Nielsen represents clients from a diverse pool of industries, including financial services, construction, insurance, real estate and energy. He has litigated complex construction defect claims, land-use disputes, energy-generation permitting matters, environmental claims, real estate disputes and breach-of-contract claims. Nielsen has practiced before a number of state and federal tribunals, including state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies. His experience includes both trial and appellate level work.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Nielsen worked in a regulatory litigation firm on the East Coast and clerked for two appellate court judges. He also served as an adjunct professor, teaching courses at both Vermont Law School and the Community College of Vermont. Nielsen graduated with a J.D. from Boston University School of Law cum laude and obtained his B.A. in Planning and Public Policy cum laude from Rutgers University.
