It also allows visitors to take control of their account, with the option to make a payment or propose a ‘Promise to Pay’ agreement. Controlmyaccount was developed after consulting with various Controlaccount team members and examining client feedback, with the objective of supporting account holders and opening up new forms of communication to settle cases, easing the process and a providing both clients and account holders rapid results."It's clear that agencies need to be continuously striving to improve their services with the application of technology where possible."
