BUSINESS WOMAN’S RETREAT, WE’RE GOING SOMEWHERE: Connecting, Cooperating & Collaborating

MIAMI - April 21, 2015 - PRLog -- (MIAMI, FL) – Monday, April 20, 2015—Wingspan Seminars in collaboration with the Women’s Business Council of the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a business women’s retreat, We’re Going Somewhere: Connecting, Cooperating and Collaborating. The overriding themes are providing business take-a-ways while practicing concepts of leaning in.

As business owners and service oriented professionals learn, more about business development, social media marketing and about the importance of personal image, the focus will be how to enhance goals by leaning in and on each other.  Wingspan CEO, Priscilla Dames will present Leaning In VS Leaning Out, setting the tone of business owners supporting each other with the banishment of competition at the retreat.  Speakers, Paulette Hicks for business development, Christina Rowe, Stand Out Media, and Tonya Seavers Evans, imaging and personal branding consultant, will each present their expertise. Each are complemented with a hands on, interactive workshop by professionals such as Felecia Hatcher of Code Fever and Michael Hall, Digital Grassroots that will provide website analysis while the participants, required to come ready with laptops and tablets, assess their own business websites.  Day two of the retreat focuses on a more personal angle. The day, Imaging: Brand You! will have what’s being called the Glam Squad, which includes Rory Lee, international makeup artist along with Elizabeth Garcia and  Diana Hernandez will lead the group into an in depth workshop on skin, hair care with nutrition and makeup tips.  This will follow Ms. Evans’ discussion on the importance of establishing and developing a personal, polished image.

Pillow Talk, the business woman’s slumber party tops off the retreat with being initiated with an intro that helps the participants become familiar with all the guests' businesses and strengthens
