Simmons Group in Summerville, SC contracted Summit Building Services

REISTERSTOWN, Md. - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Summit Building Services, Inc. has been contracted through Simmons Group LLC to clean warehouse floors, remove debris, remove VCT flooring, replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs, and clean the outside area of a 400,000 sqft warehouse and office space in Summerville, SC.

The space includes a detached truck maintenance center, 400,000 sqft of warehouse, and multiple office locations. It is a climate controlled facility once occupied by Piggly Wiggly and served as their corporate hub for all dry and cooled grocery distribution. Summit Building Services, Inc. has been asked to prepare the facility for potential tenants including Boeing, one of the largest employers in the Charleston area. This is the second contract between Summit Building Services, Inc. and Simmons Group LLC.
