The seller, Guthridge Family Trust, was represented by Ricardo Lopez and Keith Courtney of ACI Apartments, and the buyer was represented by Louis Voorhees and Anthony Mendes of The Mendes Company. Escrow was handled by Samantha Maestas of Fidelity National Title. Title was handled by Curtis Taplin of Fidelity National Title. The property consisted of four 1Bd/1Ba units and one 2Bd/1.5Ba unit built in 1935. There are 5 garages.
