Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the San Diego seller, Joel and Emily Bocanegra, as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The Los Angeles based buyer, The Thomas Sadowski Survivors Trust was represented by Ramona Broekema of Windermere Homes and Estates.
