Tec-Masters, Inc. Mentors Paragon Research, a Growing Technology Company

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - March 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Tec-Masters, Inc. (TMI) officially kicked off their Mentor Protégé agreement with Paragon Research as part of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Mentor Protégé Program. During this contract, TMI will provide mentoring to Paragon in the areas of product development, commercialization, and other business systems and processes.

Carroll. “The Government needs cost effective solutions and products, and small businesses like Paragon can effectively provide these solutions. Paragon Research Corporation is a Woman-Owned Small Business with senior members having a background of over 25 years incorporating advanced technologies with missile defense, manned space flight systems, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Justice.

As a part of the program, a local Historically Black College and University (HBCU), Oakwood University, will partner with TMI to assist Paragon in developing quality systems.

Established by Congress in 1991, the U.S. Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé program helps small businesses boost their participation in prime and subcontract awards by creating long-term relationships with larger companies.
