The lawsuit filed against ALIJAJ alleged that ENVER ALIJAJ, while with LEGEND SECURITIES, churned his clients' accounts, excessively used margin, placed them in high risk speculative investments, and overly concentrated their portfolios.  The $275,000 award also will carry 8% interest until the award is paid in full.
