Carol Sankar will add a SPARK at TEDx in New York

Feb. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- International, award winning business consultant and expert will be speaking at TEDx in New York on March 7, 2015 to a group about her new research presentation, The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership. Carol will join an outstanding lineup of presenters for this years theme, Spark!

The Confidence Factor is a 3 year + study Mrs. Sankar personally conducted with over 100 women to gain a clear understanding of how confidence relates to exceptional elevation for women in business and leadership. The new book, also entitled The Confidence Factor, will highlight the 7 factors that hold women back from achieving high level executive leadership and high growth business development.

In the discussion for TEDx, Carol will discuss her study and the driving factor which caused her to adhere to this mission.
