Winn Claybaugh interviews Emmy–winning hairstylist Jennifer Guerrero for MASTERS Audio Club

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Jennifer Guerrero is a 10-time Emmy Award nominee, 3-time Emmy Award Winner, and 25-year television industry hairstylist who has worked in all aspects of the entertainment industry. From film/episodic TV to multi-camera sitcom and live variety shows, Jennifer has mastered the true art behind all the mediums this industry has to offer.

A Los Angeles native and resident, Jennifer began her career in the early 1990s. Styling hair for early morning news shows, soap operas, and game shows, she earned enough hours to join IATSE Local 706, the makeup and hairstyling union. She quickly moved into all media, including movies, commercials, and editorial, while maintaining a strong salon clientele.

In 1996, Jennifer earned two Emmy nominations in a single year: one for the feature film Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, and one for the episodic TV series Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. She was only 25 years old at the time.

Now a 10-time Emmy Award nominee and 3-time time Emmy Award winner (for her work on the live variety show Dancing with the Stars), Jennifer continues to push the creative limits and challenge herself to strive for excellence.

Her next endeavor is to launch educational workshops tailormade for stylists who want fresh, new, even more defined hairstyling techniques from period hairstyling to modern architectural and high-definition detailed styling.

Jennifer loves sharing the stories and knowledge she has gained from her years in the entertainment industry, but she is most proud of earning a Hospice Volunteer Award for the Look Good Feel Better program through St. Joseph's Hospital.
