In doing so, she and her team allow themselves to easily track their progress and to know when they have accomplished what they set out to do.

Angela also shared the goals her team has set for Wisconsin Events in 2015. It is clear from what they are setting out to do that they are seeking rapid growth for the firm. They have one central goal: to add five new promotional campaigns, reaching into new markets.

This would be a significant boost to the firm’s already impressive portfolio. Angela also indicated that she personally hoped to be managing several offices in the region within the year. “We are a company on the rise,” she said. “I know that 2015 is going to be the best year we’ve had so far. We’re adding new clients, expanding our team, and entering new territory. I can’t wait to see what my colleagues achieve. I know they’ll make me proud.”
