For nearly 87 years Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has expanded, growing to a $10 Million company with over 58 employees.  With this growth, they have transformed into full home service provider.  It is Andy's personal integrity, qualifications and passion for the industry that has allowed Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to continue to thrive.

Andy Rodenhiser has his licensure in Plumbing, Sprinkler Fitting and Sheet Metal, which were qualifications recognized by his peers that allowed him to serve as Chairman of the Medway Planning and Economic Development Board for over 10 years. Andy is also the First Vice President of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) New England Region, on the Design Review Committee for the Town of Medway and Chairman of the Medway Redevelopment Authority. Andy has taken great pride in the opportunity to be an advocate for others by ensuring that all rules, regulations and laws are in the best interest of his community.  As a trusted Medway resident and local business owner for nearly 30 years, it is Andy Rodenhiser's moral principal focused on satisfying customer needs that has allowed him to use those same ideals when being the voice for regulators, state officials, business owners and citizens.

As a business owner, Andy has created a success driven culture that recognizes how important customer and community referrals are. By striving to always exceed the needs of a customer, no matter how challenging, Rodenhiser's reputation is a result of the experience they provide.  Andy Rodenhiser has dedicated his time and professional resources to support many local organizations and programs. These fundraising efforts include the Medway Eagle Scouts, The School Building Committee, and provide plumbing and labor services for any community projects that need assistance.

Through his involvement in the community and advancement in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning industry, Andy Rodenhiser is looking to continue to act as the liaison for those who want to address concerns, build coalition and drive change.
