Ashley Russo Serves as a Judge on Ice Cream Wars 7.0 Foodie Panel

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Jan. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Ashley Russo, host of The PEAK TV, was part of a judging panel for Da Vinci Center’s Ice Cream Wars 7.0, held on January 10^th at the Da Vinci Science Center.  Ms. Russo was invited to assist a handpicked group of local business leaders to judge the finest hand-made ice cream delight of the event.

“I was excited to have an opportunity to share this day with my family, friends and colleagues on the foodie panel,” said Ms. Russo.  “The participating employee’s passion for their culinary creations is what makes this day extra special and not-to-be missed!”

Nine companies from eastern Pennsylvania, including first-time entrant Air Products, crafted their creative, liquid nitrogen delights. Teams from the companies prepared and served their creations to Da Vinci Science Center judges and visitors during Sarurday's competition.  The judge’s award for Best in Class went to WFMZ Channel 69 and the Ice Cream Wars 7.0 Champion, determined by guest's and judge's votes, was ATAS International.
