Meditation for Beginners at The Tree of Health Center

NEWTON, N.J. - Jan. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Debra M. Hollinrake – The Tree of Health Center partner, ordained minister, spiritual life coach and life activation practitioner – will begin a new series of meditation classes for beginners on Monday, January 12. This class series will introduce beginning and former meditators to a regular meditation practice, leading them from the basics through advanced tools for inner peace, reception, contemplation and life success.

Debra’s Monday Meditation will cover brain wave states; creating a sacred space; relaxation techniques; focused breathing; tools for “busy brain”; opening chakras; sacred geometric keys for protection; entering your sanctuary; and communicating with your Higher Self. Welcome the new year by inviting a calming and life-changing practice into your routine for a healthy lifestyle change.

This weekly meditation series will encourage habitual meditation and create a foundation for regular spiritual practice. Debra will start with basics and advance to more complex tools for meditation as the classes continue. Mastering the art of meditation leads to inner peace; a connection with one’s higher self; a connection to deep intuition; discovering one’s life purpose; and an increased ability to manifest. This ancient practice can aid both physical and mental ailments, with countless benefits toward overall life improvement.

Debra is also an award-winning speaker, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner, Law of Attraction counselor, Sacred Geometry teacher, Reiki Practitioner, EnSofic Ray Practitioner and ordained minister, Metaphysical Practitioner and Spiritual Life Coach through the International Holistic Ministry.
