Dec. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- At hireprint.com we are dedicated to making the process of matching qualified candidates to opportunities in the printing industry an easy and economical process. As part of our on-going development we have totally revamped our website to allow users an easier more effective experience.

Tasked by our President to create a unique experience that is not found in any other job board we set out to challenge the job board status quo. The parameters we were to be measured by is that the final product could not be "gimmicky" yet it must provide the user with a variety of tools allowing ease of use. Most of all it must be an economical and productive experience for the employer posting their employment needs.

With this in mind we set out to tackle a stale industry. The job board operational norm is that the employer posts a job and the job seeker views and applys. This only works when the job seeker is constantly searching the site for new jobs and happens upon the employers offereing. We consider this a very passive recruitment process and may at times be effective, but is mostly a chance encounter method. Now take this a step further and think of all the job boards that are out there, some industry specific and most not. The employer is now hoping that they have posted on the right site and that the candidate will pick that site to review job openings at that period of time, although it happens it is a very low percentage recruiting method.

What we came up with is taking the job board method and combine it with recruiting. We are now offering a "unique" experience where each posting is assigned to one of our recruitment professionals. This professional will spend a minimun of 2 hours recruiting for the posting by searching our databases and resume bank as well as posting the opportunity on social networks and running it in local job sites to put the right eyes on the posting. We call this soft recruiting as we drive the traffic to the ad and the employer takes over from there.

The initial reaction has been very positive and we are listening to our clients feedback to try to make this experience even better
