Michelin Guide Listed Albert's Table Launches Christmas Menu

CROYDON, U.K. - Dec. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- This week sees the start of the festive season and there is no scarcity of the Christmas spirit at Albert’s Table in Croydon. The food at Albert’s Table is very seasonal.  Head chef and owner Joby Wells takes great pride in sourcing ingredients from the UK, especially local regions like Surrey, Sussex and Kent.  They are particularly interested in the welfare and treatment of animals, only using animals that are reared with the freedom to roam outdoors and grow at their natural rate; this results in a greater depth of flavor and tenderness.

Because of this, serving a Christmas menu, with it’s diverse ingredients and cooking techniques, is a joy to everyone in the kitchen, and at the Front of House.
