Terez B. Harris Completes Customer Service Referral-Building Course For Residential Specialist

METAIRIE, La. - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Terez B. Harris has just returned from Baton Rouge where she completed a highly specialized course in customer service referral-based business conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.

This course is one in a series of professional education sequences required to qualify for the coveted Council Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

The course covered the implementation of specific ideas to add value to and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service both during and after the buying and/or selling of a home.

During the two-day course, students were subject to hands-on developement of plans and programs designed to ensure the professionalism of the residential sales associates.

"There are many new, unique, and compelling strategies for enhancing the customer's experience," said Terez B. Harris, "and I have already begun to apply the stratigies covered during this course in my work at Keller Williams Realty New Orleans."

The production requirements for this CRS Pro Program was 150 real estate transactions, but Terez has completed over 300!

The Council of Residential Specialists Courses are presented throughout the U.S. in affiliation with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, as part of it's on-going program of promoting the professionalism of the residential sales associate.
