"Terez was the agent for the seller of the very first house I looked at when I began my search. She was "all of the above" at that first showing and I never even looked for another agent to represent me. The price range I had been verbally given by the bank I started my search with, ended up being higher than my "pre-approved" amount, but Terez never even broke stride. She was just as attentive at my new (lower) price range than she had been with my original one. When I decided on the house for me, we had no clue how much work it was going to be for Terez.
