After an thorough interview and qualification process Mitchell was offered a position on DubLi’s corporate team in mid September of this year. He accep ted an offer of employment for the position as Senior Vice President of North American Field Development, and he immediately went to work on developing an action plan for DubLi’s expansion in North America. Mitchell’s primary concern was the “D2G2”compensation plan that was being developed by an unidentified executive team. Mitchell had already been informed that it was scheduled to be implemented in November 2014, and he wanted to review the pay plan prior to it’s implementation as to be certain it was in compliance with Federal regulations. On September 23rd Mitchell was emailed the new compensation plan, and after extensive evaluation he consulted a friend and colleague at the FTC. After speaking with her he was certain that the new pay plan is what many refer to as a “Pyramid Scheme,”and businesses that operate in such a nature are doing so unlawfully. As soon as his conclusion was reached Mitchell spent hours trying to reach Michael Hansen and Michael Alexander. It Mitchell to ask him a question, and that Vice President was able to reach Hansen on an alternate line. Hansen called Mitchell from Dubai, UAE approximately 10 minutes later. Mitchell began informing DubLi’s CEO of the situation which seemed to anger Hansen, and a heated conversation ensued. In addition to making Mitchell feel threatened, he also fired him and disconnected the telephone call. For his safety Mitchell filed a restraining order against Michael Hansen, and in retaliation Mitchell was served documentation where DubLi, Inc. has filed a $15 million dollars suit against Mitchell. However, despite the litigation Mitchell continues to work with government agents as they proceed with their investigation into DubLi’s business practices. Mitchell has also retained a team of corporate litigation attorneys to represent him in DubLi’s suit, in addition to preparing a countersuit against the company and suits against several members of DubLi’s executive team. Notice will be provided when the evidence supporting Mitchell’s actions may be made available to the public for review. DubLi, Inc. (DUBL) is a publicly traded company, and Dustin Mitchell owns multiple companies but his business activities with DubLi are associated with a registered entity in the State of Missouri, Dustin Mitchell, LLC.
