Palm Beach County-Based Cabo Flats Cantina and Tequila Bar to Open 4th location

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Nov. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Cabo Flats Cantina and Tequila Bar is excited to announce it will be opening its fourth location at the Dolphin Mall in the mall’s new restaurant wing.

The Dolphin Mall restaurant will be the Palm Beach Gardens-based chain’s largest yet, with approximately 9,800 square feet and will feature Cabo’s signature indoor-outdoor garage-door bar.

“We are so grateful to our loyal Cabo fans who have consistently supported us in our current Palm Beach County locations,” says Adam Robin, Cabo Flats’ director of operations. “It is our pleasure now to open this new Cabo Flats and make our fresh food, craft cocktails and fun atmosphere available to more of South Florida.”

The Dolphin Mall Cabo Flats will employ more than 100 “Cabo Crewmembers” and include the original Cabo’s fantastic food and party specials, including:

The original Cabo Flats opened in 2009 at Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens. The restaurant quickly gained popularity in the area for serving up delicious Mexican food, specialty cocktails, margaritas and a thriving late-night scene at a sprawling indoor-outdoor bar. Cabo also has its own line of hot sauces and jalapeno candy – its Cabo Pineapple Cactus Juice just won 3^rd place in the national Scovie Awards competition, and the candy won third place in the “sweet heat” category.

The second location opened in Delray Marketplace in Delray Beach in 2013 and boasts a similar indoor-outdoor garage-door bar, and a Stuart location is scheduled to open in December.

The Dolphin Mall restaurant will open in 2015 and will be part of the mall’s restaurant expansion, which will contain 31,000 square feet of dining options. The mall is one of the country’s top outlet shopping and dining destinations, with more than 240 specialty stores.

The restaurant's owners plan to open 1-2 additional locations within the next year, and they have received interest in franchising opportunities around the country.
