Authors Guild of Tennessee Recognizes Member Lin Stepp as Best-Selling Author

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Nov. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Authors Guild of Tennessee is proud to recognize member Dr. Lin Stepp as a Best-Selling Author. Her book, DOWN BY THE RIVER, published by Kensington, sailed up the Amazon best seller list in several categories and has stayed in top selling listings for several months. It received strong reviews and positive write-ups in USA Today, in Booklist, in RT Review, in the Southern Writers Magazine, in Smoky Mountain Living Magazine, in Humanties 16, as well as in many local newspapers like the Cleveland Banner and the Knoxville News-Sentinel. Kensington also signed the first international contract for DOWN BY THE RIVER and for MAKIN’ MIRACLES, which will be released by Kensington in January 2015.

Her Christmas anthology, WHEN THE SNOW FALLS, also published by Kensington, and containing her short novel A SMOKY MOUNTAIN GIFT as one of the four titles, came out in October and has already risen to best seller status with USA Today, Publishers Weekly, and Amazon. It stayed on the best seller listing for three straight weeks after release. Reviews for the book have all been strong, including positive write-ups in many publications – such as one in the National Examiner. A spotlight article on Lin’s novel titled What’s the Story will be given full page coverage in the upcoming Southern Writers November/December issue.
