The two towers, on the south side of the 163rd Street Bridge along the Intracoastal Waterway, are each approximately 21 stories, with 15 stories of condos atop a six-story pedestal with parking, restaurants, retail and residences. The projected construction cost of the 860,000-square- 400 Sunny Isles is the first project in the area in which owners of the 230 residences can walk to both the beach and Oleta State Park, as well as own their own private boat slip on Biscayne Bay with access to the Atlantic Ocean.
