The Men from B-1 and The Odyssey Project Unite to Empower Blacks

DALLAS - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- If one would be commissioned to discover the common thread that unites the black men at the core of this movement, that person would soon uncover the fact that all of these men rest their entire existence of two things: The love of black people worldwide and a commitment to disseminating the truth. A.O. Green, Craig Samuels, Elgin “Big El” Bailey, Jason Richardson and Dr. Rick Wallace, Ph.D. are men who have committed their lives to the uplifting and empowerment of their race. When speaking to each man, it is clear that neither is suffering from illusional grandeur. They each understand the challenges and dangers of the path that they have chosen, and they are equally committed to the task at hand.

So, what does all of this mean for the black community in general? First and foremost, it serves to concentrate the efforts, capabilities and unique gifts of each individual in the group, so that there is more power and energy focused on each individual project. When choosing a new name for the organization, the men decided to keep it simple, so they renamed the organization The B-1 Odyssey Project.

The B-1 Odyssey Project will focus on a complete strategy of elevation and empowerment of the black race — beginning with economic empowerment that will be achieved through the practice of vertical group economics. They will focus on supporting black enterprise as well as training young entrepreneurs through an educational process that is geared more toward the black culture in lieu of the European education systems that are prominent in the U.S.

The group also plans to focus heavily on the strategic acquisition of assets such as real property, businesses and media outlets — for the purpose of developing and sustaining the ability to present and manage the image of blacks in America and abroad. The men in this group have a keen understanding of the force of propaganda and how the current propaganda campaign being perpetrated by mainstream media presents a skewed image of blacks, especially black men.

If you think that these men will be satisfied with financial empowerment of the black race, you have truly underestimated their resolve for total elevation of their race. They have an immense passion for social and legal justice for blacks who have suffered injustices across the country. They planned to be heavily involved in engaging many of the current issues in which justice has seemed to elude blacks. When asked to condense what they stand for into one single statement, they collectively respond, “The Rise of a Black Nation!” When asked for a single mantra, they simply say, “no surrender; no retreat!”
