Diwali Ball Organized by IMA and VAAPI to be Held at Lansdowne Resort

LEESBURG, Va. - Sept. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- The Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Virginia Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (VAAPI) have organized another annual Diwali Ball. The Diwali ball will take place October 10th at the Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Virginia from 7pm until midnight.

The IMA and VAAPI have arranged a very special night, with fireworks, sponsored by Chawla & Chawla CPA, Accounting Services, and raffles- including an airline ticket to India sponsored by
Qatar Airways. DJ will offer many tunes and a fusion Bollywood performance along with appetizers, dinner and an open bar are part of this festive evening. Appetizers will be served by Tandoori Nights.

Hotel discounts have been arranged for this event at the Lansdowne Resort. Attendees will need to mention the Diwali ball to get the special arranged rate. President Manbir Takhar, MD says, “This is a very special event you do not want to miss.”

Seating is limited. Members can reserve tables of 10, and tickets can be purchased at IMADC.org. Tickets are $50 per person if you are a member of IMA or VAAPI, non-members who are physicians, may purchase tickets at $75.00. Note, only physicians and their spouses may purchase non-member tickets. Prices go up by $25.00 on 1st October. October 1st, tickets will go up $25. This is an adult’s only event. Members of IMA and VAAPI are welcome, along with non-member physicians and spouse.
