The Home & Remodeling Show is always a fun destination for the whole family. Don’t miss the 6th Annual Mills Apple Festival, presented by Mills Apple Farm, for fun fall festivities. In conjunction with the Mills Apple Festival, Scott “Stormin” Norman, the Picasso of Pumpkin Carving, creates unique jack-o-lanterns. Scott, Master Pumpkin Carver, travels the country performing pumpkin carving exhibitions full of helpful advice, humor and pumpkin works of art. He has appeared on America’s Got Talent, taught “pumpkinology”
As he carves, Scott will give helpful suggestions about selecting a good carving pumpkin, the best way to empty out a pumpkin, how to draw your pattern, shadowing effects, knife safety and more. And you won’t want to miss his Pumpkin Extravaganza exhibitions, where he will use various instruments and power tools to carve pumpkins – machetes, swords, torches, meat cleavers and more.
